Piazza Residence

Piazza Residence sits on Gorgasali Street in Old Batumi — thirteen-meter classical colonnades, a courtyard with Venetian fountains, ten minutes from the sea. The sales material had to hold that register without tipping into pastiche.

One typographic system runs through everything: a serif display voice for the headlines, a quiet sans for detail, and generous space around both. The same rules govern a phone-sized feed post and a printed lookbook spread, so the development reads as one thing wherever a buyer encounters it.
